It varies from store to store, but generally, sports cards get stocked at Walmart and Target Monday – Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Trading cards are distributed by MJ Holding to the retail stores Target, Walmart and Meijer.
They do not have a specific schedule for restocking sports and trading cards – probably because they know collectors will figure it out and will clean off the shelves within minutes of restocking.
Each store is different, so you’ll have to do some research and/or sleuthing around in order to figure out when sports cards get stocked. It’s probably not on a set schedule.
People often report that Walmart restocks cards on Friday’s, and are starting to lineup as early as 6am or even earlier as many stores are opening their cards up for sale for only a limited amount of time, and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The more this information gets out, however, I wouldn’t be surprised if they start switching up the schedule.
