2023S2 GPK InterGoolatic Mayhem to be Hobby Only Product

In a surprising move, collectors of Garbage Pail Kids cards will no longer find packs of the 2023 Series 2 GPK InterGoolatic Mayhem in big box retailers. Topps, the company behind the popular trading card line, announced that this release will be exclusively available in hobby shops.

– Topps released the Hobby Sell Sheet for the 2023 Series 2 GPK InterGoolatic Mayhem.
– This marks a significant departure from previous GPK releases, which were widely available in big box retailers.
– The move to a hobby-only product is likely to increase the demand and value of these cards among collectors.
– Hobby shops are expected to see a surge in foot traffic as collectors seek out this limited edition release.

“As a collector, it’s frustrating not being able to find these cards in my usual retail spots,” said one avid Garbage Pail Kids collector. “But at the same time, I understand that this decision will make the cards more exclusive and potentially more valuable in the long run.”

While some collectors may be disappointed by the change in availability, others see it as an opportunity to support local businesses and foster a sense of community among fellow collectors in hobby shops. Plus, the hunt for these exclusive cards adds an extra level of excitement for collectors who enjoy the challenge.

So, if you’re on the lookout for the 2023 Series 2 GPK InterGoolatic Mayhem, it seems you’ll have to step into a hobby shop to get your hands on them. Happy collecting!
